Books are guaranteed to arrive in new condition. We will replace/refund damaged books. We will send you proof of postage via Shopify.
It is your responsibility to give us the correct postal address. We are not liable for books sent to an incorrect address given by you.
Should you wish to cancel an order which has arrived at its destination, the return costs must be paid by you, and we will refund the cost of the book after it is inspected.
No refunds will be made for books that are in transit and are within the specified shipping times:
Express and Tracked: Up to 10 working days
Economy and Not Tracked: Up to 80 working days
It is important to choose Express shipping if time is critical for you and you live outside the United Kingdom
The price does not include any import taxes or duties that your country may apply. These will be for you to settle with the relevant authorities should such payments be required.
